Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Partner Acquisition Executive to drive business growth by identifying, acquiring, and managing new business partners, sub-brokers, and channel partners in the stock broking industry. The role involves building strong relationships, achieving acquisition targets, and ensuring seamless onboarding of partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, source, and acquire new partners, sub-brokers, and channel partners to expand business.
Generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, references, digital platforms).
Conduct meetings, presentations, and discussions with prospective partners to explain business models and value propositions.
Facilitate partner onboarding process including documentation, compliance, and training.
Maintain strong business relationships with partners to ensure long-term association and revenue generation.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, compliance, and technology) to provide support and resolve partner queries.
Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition and revenue targets.
Keep updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory guidelines (SEBI/Exchange rules).
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals.
Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Knowledge of financial markets, stock broking, mutual funds, and investment products.
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in partner acquisition, business development, or sales (preferably in stock broking/financial services).
Understanding of SEBI regulations and broking industry processes will be an added advantage.
