We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive hiring efforts across our fast-growing Food & Beverage operations. In this role, you will take ownership of sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent — from store-level staff to key operational roles. You'll act as a bridge between business needs and candidate aspirations, ensuring that every hire contributes to our culture of excellence and service.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Hiring & Planning
Partner with business leaders and operations teams to forecast manpower needs and design hiring plans that align with business goals.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for both frontline and corporate roles within the F&B domain.
Maintain hiring SLAs and ensure all roles are filled within defined timelines and quality parameters.
Sourcing & Selection
Source candidates through multiple channels — job portals, referrals, local networks, and social media platforms.
Conduct initial screenings, assess candidates for job fit and cultural alignment, and coordinate interview logistics.
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles including offer rollouts, negotiations, and pre-joining engagement.
Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships with hiring managers, regional heads, and HR partners to ensure seamless communication throughout the recruitment process.
Provide hiring updates, dashboards, and analytics to business leaders on a weekly and monthly basis.
Partner with external vendors, training institutes, and staffing agencies for bulk and regional hiring needs.
Candidate Experience & Branding
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience — from first contact to final onboarding.
Represent the brand positively in the job market, ensuring that candidates see us as an employer of choice.
Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and industry events to strengthen employer branding and build talent pipelines.
Process & Compliance
Maintain accurate records and candidate data in the ATS and ensure adherence to recruitment policies.
Support onboarding, induction, and documentation processes for new hires.
Stay updated with market trends, compensation benchmarks, and local labor laws impacting recruitment.
What We're Looking For
2–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in F&B, retail, or blue-collar hiring.
Proven ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a high-volume environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship management.
Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, job boards, and digital sourcing tools.
Energetic, proactive, and resilient individual who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first organization.
Willingness to travel locally for recruitment drives, store visits, and hiring campaigns.
