Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Territory Sales Manager / Assistant Manager Sales for Noida, Ghaziabad & UP West. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and managing customer relationships, executing strategic sales plans, and overseeing team performance. Daily tasks include engaging with retailers, providing product demonstrations, delivering training to the sales team at distribution, and ensuring for meeting or exceeding targets. The role also involves identifying market opportunities and contributing to business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and direct retail skills to engage effectively with retailers.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and manage teams efficiently through distribution and MD.
- Ability to deliver impactful Training sessions for sales team development and performance improvement.
- Analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to meet and exceed goals.
- Relevant educational qualifications, preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the consumer technology or electronics industry is a plus.
