Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Assistant based in Agra, with some work from home acceptable. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, managing operational tasks, assisting with operations management, and providing high-quality customer service. The role also involves using strong analytical skills to solve problems and improve processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Operations and Operations Management skills
  • Excellent Analytical and Communication skills
  • Proven ability in Customer Service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with office software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
