  • Act as the lead lawyer for commercial legal matters within a vertical or business segment.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor in complex high-stakes negotiations with global clients-primarily in Switzerland Germany and other major Continental European markets.
  • Own end to end deal support-from proactive structuring and RFP/bid review through negotiation approvals signature and post signature governance-helping teams balance speed risk and commercial outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional experts in privacy M&A compliance and employment law to deliver holistic solutions.
  • Mentor and develop other team members.
  • Specialized expertise in regulated industries such as insurance or financial services is welcomed
  • Languages : Fluency in English. German or French fluency is highly valued for client-facing work in the region
  • Ability to multitask with rapidly changing priorities in a dynamic matrix environment

Skills required

  • Law degree 8+ years of post-qualification experience in an international law firm or in-house role within a multinational corporation supporting European clients.
