Job Summary

FRR Forex is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand and strengthen our educational consultant channel. The role involves pre-sales, sales, and post-sales support to ensure students travelling abroad complete their tuition fee and living expense remittance seamlessly through FRR Forex.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expand and onboard new educational consultants as FRR Forex partners.
  • Conduct webinars with partner consultants to educate students/parents on the remittance process (forex rates, documentation, compliance, etc.).
  • Guide students and parents through the entire remittance process, ensuring all required documentation is collected.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with students for fee payments (usually made in two tranches per year).
  • Drive revenue growth by maximizing margins on transactions.
  • Cross-sell additional services such as education loans, visa facilitation, and insurance to increase revenue streams.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achieve annual revenue and transaction targets.
  • Expand the base of undergraduate and postgraduate consultants.
  • Achieve conversion targets (leads vs actual transactions).
  • Conduct a set number of webinars with onboarded consultants.
  • Ensure smooth handholding of students and parents throughout the remittance journey.

Pay: ₹60, ₹75,000.00 per month
