*I) Financial Accounting & Reporting:*

1) Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts for real estate and construction projects.

2) Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations like Unbilled Revenue, Work in Progress, Stock.

3) Maintain the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

4) Conduct variance analysis for budgets and forecasts.

*II) Project Cost Accounting & Budgeting:*

1) Track construction project costs, overheads, and direct expenses.

2) MIS of Work-in-progress (WIP) reports and reconcile project budgets.

*III) Taxation & Compliance:*

1) Ensure tax compliance (GST, property taxes, corporate tax, etc.) related to real estate transactions.

2) Work with external auditors and tax consultants for annual audits and tax filings.

3) Stay updated with changes in tax laws, real estate regulations, and compliance requirements.

*IV) Financial Analysis & Strategy:*

1) Cash flow projections, and asset management.

2) Assess financial risks and returns on real estate projects.

3) Support management in decision-making for acquisitions, lease agreements, and project financing.

*V) Accounts Payable & Receivable Management:*

1) Oversee billing, rent collections, and lease accounting.

2) Monitor vendor payments, subcontractor invoices, and supplier reconciliations.

*VI) Qualification*

1) 3+ years of accounting experience in the real estate, construction, or property management sector.

2) Strong knowledge of real estate accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP, SAP, QuickBooks, or MRI).

3) Expertise in financial reporting, taxation, and project cost control.

4) Advanced skills in MS Excel and financial modeling.

5) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

6) Experience working with construction contracts, real estate investments, and development financing.

7) Knowledge of lease accounting (IFRS 16), revenue recognition, and WIP accounting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45, ₹65,000.00 per month
