The Role

As a System Administrator at Kyndryl, you'll solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services. You'll be at the forefront of new technology and modernization, working with some of our biggest clients – which means some of the biggest in the world.

There's never a typical day as a System Administrator at Kyndryl, because no two projects are alike. You'll be managing systems data for clients and providing day-to-day solutions and security compliance. You'll oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to our clients.

• Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD) environments. Azure Active Directory (AAD) environments.
• Administer and support Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business, end point security,
• Creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts, assigning licenses, and managing user permissions across Office 365 services
• Implement and maintain procedures, security policies, including password complexity, multi-factor authentication, and data encryption.
• Diagnosing and resolving problems related to user access, email delivery, file sharing, and application functionality
• Tracking the health, usage and performance of AD, Office 365 services, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
• MFA, EATP, endpoint detection and response (EDR), vulnerability management, and managed hunting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AD, Office 365 services EPS, assist in the data migration to O365 services
• Perform audits/assessment & implement new features and updates, ensure the security and compliance in the environments.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals and departments to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Train and support end-users on AD, MFA, EPS, Office 365 applications and features.
• Ensure data backup and recovery processes are in place for AD and Office 365 services.
• To Provide /extend technical support for AD and Office 365-related projects and issues.
• Mobile Device Management (MDM)
  • Enrol and manage mobile devices, including iOS, Android, and Windows devices.
  • Enforce security policies, such as password requirements and device encryption.
• Mobile Application Management (MAM):
  • Manage and protect corporate apps and data on both managed and unmanaged devices
  • Apply app protection policies to control how data is accessed and shared.
• Device Compliance:
  • Define and enforce compliance policies to ensure devices meet security and configuration standards.
  • Monitor compliance status and take action on non-compliant devices.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

• 4+ years of experience in managing O365 Services, iOS, Android, Windows, HoloLens, and Rugged devices using any MDM solution.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Intune.

• Experience with Windows 10 device migration from On-Prem AD+SCCM to Azure AD+Intune.

• Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 implementation and management

• VMware ESX experience

• Public/private cloud management. Especially migration from onprem to cloud solution

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Automation experience, especially IaaS (infrastructure as a code)

• Vulnerability management

• Microsoft Active Directory and federation services
