Role Overview:

We are seeking a 
Performance Marketing Specialist
 who can run, analyze, and optimize 
Meta and Google Ads
campaigns to drive 
ROAS, conversions, and sales growth
. You'll be responsible for campaign strategy, execution, data analysis, and continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta and Google.
  • Track daily performance, analyze data, and make optimizations to improve ROAS & reduce CAC.
  • Identify high-performing creatives, audiences, and ad copies through A/B testing.
  • Collaborate with design/content teams to create high-converting ads.
  • Prepare weekly reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in paid marketing.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing 
    Meta & Google Ads
     for e-commerce/D2C brands.
  • Proven track record of increasing ROAS and scaling campaigns profitably.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn numbers into action plans.
  • Experience with audience targeting, conversion tracking, and A/B testing.
  • Detail-oriented, data-driven, and results-focused mindset.
