Job Title: Technical Support – Voice Process
Work Location: Ambit IT Park, Ambattur, Chennai – 600058
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Technical Voice Support (International Voice Process preferred)
Educational Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist US-based customers over voice calls
- Handle multiple calls efficiently
- Resolve technical issues related to networking and devices
- Should be flexible to work in rotational night shifts
Required & Desired Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Basic knowledge of:
- Routers / Modems
- IP Addressing
- Basic Troubleshooting techniques
- Prior experience with handling US voice support calls
