Job Title: Senior Supervisor

Location: Bengaluru Airport Premises (Inside/Outside Terminal Building as per requirement)

Duration: 1st December 2024 – 7th March 2025

Work Type: Full-time, On-site

Working Days: 6 days a week (1 weekly off on non-weekend)

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM (Flexibility required for early morning or night shifts as needed)

About the Project:

This role is part of a brand awareness engagement initiative at Bengaluru Airport. The project involves interacting with passengers to conduct surveys, gather feedback, and verify details to enhance passenger engagement and brand visibility.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and people-driven Senior Supervisor to lead and manage a team of up to 35 field executives at Bengaluru Airport. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of daily operations, motivate team members, and maintain a high standard of passenger engagement and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of up to 35 on-ground executives.
  • Monitor team performance to ensure genuine and effective passenger engagement.
  • Ensure the team meets daily survey completion targets.
  • Coordinate shifts, manage attendance, and resolve on-ground issues promptly.
  • Maintain discipline, motivation, and enthusiasm among the team.
  • Ensure data accuracy and adherence to project guidelines.
  • Prepare brief daily performance reports for management review.
  • Remain mobile throughout the day, walking and monitoring activities across the premises (approx. 9.5 hours with short breaks).
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with project coordinators and airport authorities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in field operations, event management, or team supervision.
  • Proven experience in managing large on-ground teams (25+ members).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure environments and motivate a diverse team.
  • Physically active and comfortable being on foot for extended hours.
  • Flexible with shift timings.

Languages:

  • English – Mandatory
  • Hindi – Mandatory
  • Kannada – Preferred
  • Must Have: A valid Indian passport with expiry after the year 2030.

Compensation:

  • Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on interview & experience)
  • Variable Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 per month (performance-based)
