Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Reservations Manager. The Reservations Manager will oversee and manage booking operations, handle inquiries, and maintain accurate records of reservations. Responsibilities include managing guest communication, optimizing occupancy rates, coordinating reservations with other departments, and delivering excellent customer service. The role also involves contributing to sales strategies, training staff related to reservations, and ensuring adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Reservations and Customer Service processes, with the ability to manage bookings efficiently.
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Experience in Sales, with the ability to contribute to revenue-boosting strategies.
  • Training skills to guide and mentor team members on reservation management and customer service protocols.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Availability to work on-site in Chennai and flexible to adapt to dynamic scheduling needs.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry or event management is a plus.
