Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site BFSI Domain Trainer role based in Noida or WFH. The trainer will design and deliver tailored training programs aimed at preparing candidates for roles in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector. Daily responsibilities will include preparing comprehensive training material, conducting classroom sessions, assessing trainee progress, and providing constructive feedback to improve knowledge and skills. The trainer will also collaborate with the curriculum development team and stay updated on the latest trends and requirements in the BFSI domain.

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of banking, financial services, and insurance concepts and processes.
  • Proficient in instructional design, training delivery, and assessment methods.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to mentor and guide learners, assisting them to develop technical and soft skills essential for BFSI roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools for preparing training materials and conducting related tasks.
  • Prior experience as a trainer or professional in the BFSI domain is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business, or a related field; certification in BFSI-related courses is a plus.
  • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and empowering professionals to succeed in their careers.
