About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic Support Interns with an IT background to assist in handling ERP support tickets, user queries, and technical troubleshooting while gaining exposure to full stack development, SQL, Java, and

This role is perfect for candidates who want to bridge technical expertise with user support, ensuring smooth ERP usage and learning industry practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle user queries and tickets related to ERP application usage.
  • Provide clear step-by-step guidance to resolve functional and technical issues.
  • Escalate unresolved or critical issues to higher-level support or development teams.
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA) for timely responses and resolutions.
  • Assist in debugging, testing, and minor development tasks using Java, , SQL, and front-end technologies.
  • Document recurring issues and prepare user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with developers to suggest improvements and enhance ERP usability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Knowledge of Full Stack Development (Java, , SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (basic functional understanding preferred, training will be provided).
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tickets while ensuring quality support.
  • Eagerness to learn new tools, frameworks, and ERP workflows.

Working Days : Monday to Saturday (second Saturday off)

Location : Kanjurmarg Mumbai

Employment : Internship

Duration : 6 Months

Stipend : Rs. 10,000/- per month

Certificate will be issued against completion of Internship with us.

Internship can be convert into full time employment against excellent performance with appropriate salary package.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
