Key Responsibilities:

  • Household Operations:
  • Supervise daily household activities and staff (cleaners, cooks, gardeners, security personnel, etc.)
  • Ensure cleanliness, upkeep, and organization of the property.
  • Manage laundry, linen, and inventory of household supplies.
  • Maintenance:
  • Conduct routine checks of all facilities and systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
  • Coordinate with maintenance personnel and external vendors for repairs and servicing.
  • Maintain records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and service contracts.
  • Staff & Vendor Management:
  • Monitor attendance and performance of household staff.
  • Assign duties and provide training as needed.
  • Liaise with external service providers (catering, pest control, maintenance companies).
  • Security & Safety:
  • Ensure safety measures are followed within the premises.
  • Monitor security systems (CCTV, alarms) and coordinate with security staff.
  • Maintain emergency protocols and first-aid readiness.
  • Hospitality & Guest Management:
  • Welcome and attend to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Arrange for guest accommodation, meals, and other needs.
  • Budget & Inventory:
  • Maintain inventory of household items, groceries, and supplies.
  • Handle petty cash and keep records of expenses.
  • Assist in budgeting and cost control for the house.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
