Telecalling & Lead Management:

  • Make outbound calls to potential students and parents to explain education loan products.
  • Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals.
  • Maintain daily call logs and update CRM records accurately.
  • Answer customer inquiries and assist them with loan eligibility and application procedures.

2. Document Collection & Verification:

  • Coordinate with applicants to collect required documents for loan processing (ID proofs, income proofs, admission letters, etc.).
  • Ensure all documents are complete and correctly submitted to the loan processing team.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data accuracy during collection and submission.

3. Coordination & Reporting:

  • Work closely with the loan processing and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide regular updates on daily activities, calls made, and documents collected.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any stream).
  • Good communication skills in English and local language.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
  • Pleasant personality and customer-oriented attitude.

Salary:₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (depending on experience and skills) Incentives.
