About Us
We're building a bold new digital IP designed for the Gen Z audience — a space that celebrates internet culture, counter narratives, creativity, and community. This IP will live across multiple digital platforms and shape conversations at the intersection of culture, entertainment, and youth identity.
We're looking for a
Brand Manager
who can craft, shape, and grow this IP into a culturally relevant, high-engagement digital brand.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Define the brand's tone, personality, and narrative to resonate with Gen Z audiences.
- Develop clear brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Content & Campaign Ownership
- Partner with content, creative, and social teams to conceptualize and execute breakthrough campaigns.
- Spot trends early and help the brand participate authentically in internet culture.
Community & Culture Building
- Build a thriving, loyal digital community around the IP through collaborations, influencer engagement, and interactive formats.
- Work closely with creators, tastemakers, and cultural voices to amplify the brand.
Growth & Distribution
- Drive audience growth and engagement across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Discord, etc.).
- Develop partnerships and brand collaborations to extend reach and relevance.
Insights & Optimization
- Use data, social listening, and cultural insights to shape strategy, optimize performance, and keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Who You Are
- 2-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or strategy. Preferably in youth-focused brands, media, entertainment, or digital culture spaces.
- Deep understanding of Gen Z culture, internet trends, and platform dynamics.
- A mix of
strategic thinking and creative instinct
. - Experience in building communities, running campaigns, and working with creators.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and experimentation.
