
Digital Brand Manager — Healthcare Domain

We are looking for a Digital Brand Manager with deep experience in the Australian healthcare market to strengthen our brand positioning and digital presence. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing integrated digital campaigns tailored to Australian healthcare stakeholders—hospitals, practitioners, patients, and industry partners.
Key responsibilities
- Build and execute digital brand strategies that resonate with the Australian healthcare audience.
- Manage and grow online presence across website, SEO/SEM, social media, and digital healthcare platforms.
- Plan and execute localized digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic) for the Australian market.
- Lead content marketing — blogs, case studies, videos, patient stories, webinars — ensuring compliance with Australian healthcare regulations.
- Drive lead generation campaigns targeting B2B (hospitals, clinics, partners) and B2C (patients, caregivers) audiences in Australia.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on digital performance metrics (CPL, CAC, engagement, conversions, ROI) using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support market entry and expansion strategies in Australia.
- Manage agencies, vendors, and creative partners with proven experience in the Australian market.
- Stay updated with Australian healthcare marketing regulations, privacy laws, and advertising standards.
Required qualifications & skills
- 5–6 years of digital marketing/brand management experience in the healthcare domain, with a strong focus on the Australian market.
- Proven success in running localized campaigns for Australian healthcare organizations, products, or services.
- In-depth knowledge of Australian healthcare ecosystem — hospitals, practitioners, regulatory requirements, and consumer behavior.
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, paid digital campaigns, social media, CRM, and marketing automation.
- Ability to adapt global brand guidelines into locally relevant campaigns for Australia.
- Excellent storytelling, content strategy, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Degree in Marketing/Business/Communications; MBA/PGDM is preferred.
Nice-to-have
- Hands-on experience with Australian digital healthcare compliance frameworks (TGA, AHPRA guidelines).
- Prior experience working with Australian agencies, KOLs, or healthcare associations.
- Exposure to multi-country healthcare marketing, with focus on scaling Australia-first strategies.
