Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, India, for a skilled VR Developer at SSN Institutions. The VR Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing virtual reality applications and experiences. Daily tasks may include collaborating with cross-functional teams, conceptualizing interactive VR projects, coding and optimizing VR applications using appropriate tools and platforms, debugging and testing applications for performance, and staying updated with emerging VR technologies. The VR Developer will play a key role in contributing to cutting-edge projects within the institution's tech-focused initiatives.

Salary
30,000 per month

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Virtual Reality (VR) development tools and platforms such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or similar technologies
  • Programming skills in languages such as C#, C++, or Python, with a strong understanding of software development principles
  • Experience in 3D modeling, animation, and rendering for immersive VR environments
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles for creating interactive and engaging VR content
  • Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize VR applications for performance and stability
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with designers, programmers, and project stakeholders
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in augmented reality (AR) development, game development, or higher education technology projects is a plus
