Role Summary

As a Mid-Level XR(AR/VR) Developer, you will be a core contributor to designing, building, and

maintaining our next generation of immersive applications. This role requires deep expertise in

game engine development (Unity or Unreal) and a strong understanding of XR(AR/VR)

concepts and frameworks. You will be responsible for turning complex concepts into

high-quality, performant, and intuitive extended reality experiences. The ideal candidate is a

self-starter who thrives on experimentation and continuous learning in a high-tech environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Application Development
  : Design, build, and maintain XR(AR/VR) applications using

industry-standard tools and platforms (e.g., Unity3D, Unreal Engine, ARKit, ARCore,

Oculus SDK).

• Prototyping & Experimentation
  : Develop prototypes to explore new technologies,

interactions, and immersive experiences in XR(AR/VR).

• Optimization
  : Optimize XR(AR/VR) applications for performance, frame rate, and

scalability across different devices and platforms (mobile, headsets, wearables).

• Cross-Platform Development
  : Ensure that applications are compatible with various

XR(AR/VR) hardware and platforms.

Secondary Responsibilities

• 3D Integration
  : Collaborate with 3D artists and animators to integrate 3D models and

animations into XR(AR/VR) environments.

• UI/UX Implementation
  : Work closely with designers to implement intuitive and

immersive user interfaces and experiences.

Testing & Debugging:
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high quality

and stability.

• Research & Development
  : Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in XR(AR/VR)

technology and propose innovative solutions.

• Documentation
  : Create and maintain technical documentation for XR(AR/VR)

applications, code, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Game Development, or

a related field.

Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in XR(AR/VR) development.
• Proficiency in Unity3D or Unreal Engine with a solid understanding of their respective

XR(AR/VR) toolkits.

• Experience with ARKit, ARCore, Oculus SDK, or similar XR(AR/VR) frameworks.

Technical Skills

• Strong programming skills in C# (for Unity) or C++ (for Unreal) or a similar language.
• Familiarity with graphics pipelines, shaders, and rendering techniques.
• Experience with 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, Maya) is a plus.

Soft Skills

• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A quick learner, self-starter, with the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced

environment.
