Roles & Responsibilities of Research Associate:

  1. Presentation Development:

o Design and develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) with structured content, data visualization, and graphical representation.

o Ensure accuracy, clarity, and professionalism in all presentations.

o Assist in the design, planning, and implementation of research studies and experiments.

o Conduct literature reviews and summarize relevant findings to support ongoing research.

o Assist in preparing project or technical reports and documentation for stakeholders.

o Assist in developing skill development curriculum, training modules, and materials.

  1. Research & Data Analysis:

o Conduct in-depth research on relevant technical topics, market trends, and emerging technologies.

o Assist in research and development (R&D) activities related to Skill development based projects.

o Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support project decision-making and proposal writing.

o Summarize key findings and provide recommendations based on research outcomes.

o Prepare research reports, presentations, and proposals.

  1. Collaboration & Coordination:

o Work closely with project managers, Technical leaders, and other team members to ensure seamless execution of tasks.

o Maintain clear communication and timely updates on assigned responsibilities.

o Support in documentation, project report writing, and maintaining project records.

o Maintain accurate records of research activities, data, and results.

o Assist in grant writing and project proposal development when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


• Bachelor's , B-tech or Master's degree in a relevant field.


• 1 years of work Exp. In Research field.


• Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Canva).


• Good written communication skills for documentation and report writing.


• Exp. in Proposal writing & making PPT.


• Previous research experience in related industry.
