The Head of Human Resources will oversee all aspects of HR management, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment law. Daily tasks will involve strategic planning, talent acquisition, employee development, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role will also require close collaboration with other department heads to align HR strategies with business goals.
Qualifications Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR ManagementKnowledgeable in Labor and Employment Law, and HR PoliciesStrong skills in Employee Relations and conflict resolution
