Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee all aspects of our HR operations.

The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.

This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and benefits.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and organizational goals.

Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.

Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of staff.

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

Manage performance review processes and work with department heads on performance improvement plans.

Organize training and development initiatives to support employee growth.

Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.

Maintain HR records and reports in compliance with audit and data privacy standards.

Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in HR or a related field.

HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.

Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment.

Familiarity with payroll systems and employee engagement tools.
