Flora Fountain is a digital agency that specializes in Branding, Web Development, and Social Media Marketing. We build custom websites and applications, provide content writing services, manage social media presence, and create digital strategies for both individual and business promotion and branding. In the past three years, we have collaborated with some of the world's biggest brands such as National Geographic Traveller India, Hotel Crowne Plaza, and Hotel Novotel, as well as various local businesses in India, the US, and the UK. Our agency is also known for working with notable personalities and brands from Bombay and Ahmedabad.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Daily tasks include managing recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor regulations. Additionally, the HR Manager will develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Experience in recruitment and selection, employee relations, and performance management
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
- Thorough knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional HR certification is a plus
