Key Responsibilities

  • Research and Mapping:

Conduct in-depth research to identify potential talent within fast-growing startup ecosystems.

Create talent maps that outline where potential candidates currently work, their roles, and how they fit into the broader industry landscape.

  • Sourcing Talent:
  • Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms to source candidates.
  • Engage in proactive outreach to potential candidates to gauge interest and fit for our open positions.
  • Maintain a pipeline of passive candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Recruitment Support:
  • Assist recruitment professionals in the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure positions are closed efficiently.
  • Contribute to improving the recruitment process by providing feedback and suggestions based on candidate feedback and market research.
