Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Coordinator based in Noida. The Production Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing production schedules, liaising between buying agencies, head office and internal production teams. Key tasks include managing timelines, monitoring the production process, addressing challenges well in time to avoid delays. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, clear communication with knowlege of using production softwares and creating data / reports on Excel.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management to ensure smooth workflow and timely project execution
  • Proficiency in Project Management to handle deadlines, resources, and deliverables effectively
  • Excellent Communication and Organization Skills to foster coordination and efficient scheduling between teams
  • Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions under tight schedules
  • Previous experience in garment or apparel manufacturing is highly beneficial
