Summary:

Manage and nurture relationships with key clients to drive satisfaction, retention, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Act as the primary point of contact and ensure client needs are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport with new and existing clients; understand their business goals.

  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly, turning issues into positive experiences.

  • Track client interactions in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and maintain accurate records.

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to deliver solutions and meet client expectations.

  • Identify upsell/cross-sell chances and pass leads to sales.

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years in customer service, sales, or account management.

  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and active listening.

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
