The Branch Service Manager will be responsible for managing all service operations at the branch level. This includes supervising a team of service engineers/technicians, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery, driving customer satisfaction, and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) in alignment with service standards. Lead and manage a team of service engineers and technicians.

Allocate resources and schedules efficiently to meet service requests and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) obligations. Conduct regular training and skill development programs for the service team. Required Qualifications and Skills:Education: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical) or a related field.

Experience: 9-15 years in service operations, preferably in consumer durables/home appliances/water purification products, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
