  • Deliver structured induction, life skills, using Magic Bus curriculum, tailoring content to local needs while ensuring session outcomes and youth engagement through innovative, interactive methods.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments, create Personal Development Plans, and provide career guidance in collaboration with counsellors to help youth make informed career or education choices.
  • Support youth in achieving skills training, mentoring, and job/further education placements, working closely with Placement and Partnership Officers to secure opportunities and ensure retention for six months.
  • Monitor attendance, review progress, address dropout risks, and mobilize youth from communities, building strong, trusted relationships throughout their engagement with the programme.
  • Maintain accurate data and reports, follow standard processes, contribute to programme improvement, and act as a positive role model demonstrating professionalism, commitment, and problem-solving skills.

Work Experience - Minimum 2 years of experience any teaching field.
