Role Overview:

We are seeking a Training Officer for our Chennai centre (Kottivakkam). The ideal candidate will be an Army Retired Personnel who can bring discipline, experience, and expertise in training and grooming security guards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct classroom and field training sessions for security guards.
  • Train guards on physical fitness, discipline, drills, emergency response, and security procedures.
  • Ensure training is conducted as per company guidelines and industry standards.
  • Assess trainees' performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Maintain training records, attendance, and progress reports.
  • Coordinate with the management team for smooth training operations.
  • Instill confidence, discipline, and professional conduct in trainees.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Retired from the Indian Army/Paramilitary/Defense Services.
  • Minimum 15–20 years of service experience (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of security operations, drills, and discipline.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to motivate and mentor trainees.
  • Physically fit and able to demonstrate practical training modules.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
