Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Executive - Projects to lead and manage retail projects, including store setup, renovations, and operational improvements. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution, coordinate with vendors, manage budgets, and ensure projects align with Zouk's brand vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

• Oversee the 
  end-to-end execution
   of retail projects from concept to completion.
• Develop project 
  plans, timelines, and budgets
   in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
• Manage 
  multiple projects simultaneously
  , ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.

Store Setup & Renovation

• Lead the 
  setup and renovation
   of retail stores, ensuring adherence to 
  brand aesthetics and design guidelines
  .
• Coordinate with 
  contractors, suppliers, and design teams
   for timely execution.
• Maintain high 
  attention to detail and quality
   in store installations.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Work closely with 
  marketing, visual merchandising, and product teams
   to ensure store layouts align with sales and branding goals.
• Manage relationships with 
  vendors and contractors
  , ensuring quality standards, deadlines, and budget adherence.
• Negotiate and manage contracts for cost-effective retail solutions.

Budget Management & Quality Control

• Develop and 
  track project budgets
  , ensuring expenses stay within approved limits.
• Ensure all retail projects meet 
  quality standards, brand guidelines, and safety regulations
  .
• Conduct regular inspections and 
  post-project evaluations
   for continuous improvement.

Store Operations Support & Reporting

• Support store operations teams in troubleshooting and resolving project-related issues.
• Maintain 
  detailed project records
  , including budgets, timelines, and vendor contracts.
• Provide 
  regular progress reports
   to senior management, highlighting key milestones and challenges.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years
   of experience in 
  retail project management, store setup, or operations
  .
• Bachelor's degree
   in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of 
  retail industry standards, store operations, and design principles
  .
• Excellent 
  project management skills
   with the ability to 
  handle multiple tasks
  .
• Strong 
  communication, negotiation, and vendor management
   skills.
• Proficiency in 
  project management tools
   (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
