Job Description:
Infinity Learn is looking for a Customer Support Executive Retention with prior EdTech experience for our Hindi voice process team based in Hyderabad. The role involves addressing student/parent concerns, resolving drop-off cases, and ensuring continued engagement with our learning platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls to address drop-off or dissatisfaction cases
- Understand student/parent concerns and provide prompt, effective solutions
- Follow up consistently to ensure issue resolution and retention
- Maintain and close support tickets using internal systems
- Coordinate with academic and backend teams to resolve escalations
Candidate Requirements:
- Mandatory: Experience in the EdTech industry
- Fluent in Hindi (spoken); English communication is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience in retention/sales/telecalling roles preferred
- Ability to manage pressure and meet retention goals
Work Details:
- Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
- Working Days: 6 Days (Monday Off)
