
Customer Support Executive

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive with at least 1 year of experience in a teleshopping or similar environment. The ideal candidate will handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and support business growth.
Job Description :
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding product inquiries, order placements, and service issues.
- Provide accurate product information and assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
- Process customer orders using CRM/order management systems.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly, professionally, and within defined turnaround times.
- Follow up on pending issues and escalate complex queries to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, offers, and promotions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and call center standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service (preferably teleshopping, telesales, or e-commerce support).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Telugu
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills & experience with CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High level of patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
