Immediate Joining: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist / Pharmacy Staff for our Pharmacy at Naktala, Kolkata attached with a Multispecialty Clinic. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing superior pharmacy experience. to customers and will be responsible for dispensing medications, pharmacy stock purchase, handling medicine requirements, reading prescriptions and providing pharmaceutical information and ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical compliance rules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately dispense prescription medications.
  • Review and interpret prescriptions from healthcare providers to ensure accuracy and appropriateness.
  • Provide expert advice on the safe use of medications, including potential side effects and interactions.
  • Maintain records of all medications dispensed and ensure compliance with legal and ethical compliance.
  • Stay updated on new medications and regulatory changes in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Manage inventory, purchase and sales and ensuring that all medications are stored appropriately and within expiration dates.
  • Use of software (Marg) to maintain all sales, stock, purchase records.
  • Any other responsibilities not mentioned above but needed to dispense assigned jobs and responsibilities.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharma) is a plus.
  2. Valid pharmacist license/certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  3. Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, drug interactions, and side effects.
  4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  5. Previous experience in retail pharmacy store preferred.
  6. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Superior organizational and multitasking abilities.
  9. Prior experience with MARG Software and barcode preferred.
