Job Title: Customer Care Executive

Location: Kharadi, Pune (Work From Office Only)

Shift Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Off)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, resolve client queries, and provide accurate information
  • Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and collect feedback
  • Maintain updated records of client communications and interactions in CRM or Google Sheets
  • Coordinate with the in-clinic team to ensure timely scheduling and service delivery
  • Address client concerns promptly and escalate issues when needed
  • Assist in calling campaigns and customer satisfaction surveys

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or final-year student (any stream)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (Marathi is a plus)
  • Polite, patient, and service-oriented communication style
  • Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets/MS Excel)
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple client conversations
  • Must be available to work full-time from the clinic (no remote work)
