The Centre Head will oversee the overall operations and management of the FlexifyMe Physiotherapy Centre. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive the centre's performance, ensure exceptional patient care, and engage in business development activities, including BTL marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Centre Management:
○ Oversee day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring smooth functioning and high standards of service delivery.
○ Manage the centre's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and adherence to financial targets.
○ Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including patient satisfaction, treatment outcomes, and revenue generation.
○ Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
- Team Leadership:
○ Lead, mentor, and manage a team of physiotherapists, administrative staff, and other healthcare professionals.
○ Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
○ Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and high morale.
- Patient Care:
○ Ensure that patients receive the highest level of care and that their treatment plans are executed effectively.
○ Address any patient concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
○ Work closely with the clinical team to develop and implement new treatment protocols and services.
- Business Development:
○ Drive patient acquisition and retention strategies to meet the centre's growth targets.
○ Develop and execute BTL marketing activities, such as community outreach programs, health camps, workshops, and partnerships with local businesses.
○ Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, hospitals, and other referral sources.
- Quality Assurance:
○ Regularly review and assess the quality of services provided at the centre.
○ Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- Reporting:
○ Provide regular reports on centre performance, including financials, patient feedback, and team productivity, to senior management.
○ Maintain accurate records of all operations and activities at the centre.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Management, or a related field.
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
● Strong understanding of physiotherapy practices and patient care.
● Proven experience in business development and marketing, particularly in BTL activities.
● Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
