Job Brief

We are looking for a Café Store Manager to oversee daily operations, lead with a servant-leadership approach, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The role involves managing staff, maintaining service and cleanliness standards, monitoring finances, and ensuring compliance with policies and health regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example, support company values, and foster a positive team culture.
  • Manage daily café operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and vendor coordination.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff, providing coaching and support.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, handle complaints, and build customer loyalty.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Track and analyze daily sales, expenses, and payroll using Google Sheets and advanced Excel.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Maintains a quality of excellence as outlined by the "8th Day Way."

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven experience as a Café Manager, Store Manager, or similar hospitality role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on experience with coffee machines and café operations is preferable.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Servant-leadership mindset with a customer-first attitude.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and advanced Excel.
  • Good math and financial management skills.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma required; certification in Business Administration or Hospitality is a plus.
  • Passion for coffee and creating memorable customer experiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
