Your mission, roles and responsibilities

As a Development Engineer, you will be responsible for defining and developing products and processes that meet the quality, cost and timing targets of our customers and Group standards. You will work closely with other engineering teams, suppliers and customers to ensure the technical convergence and feasibility of the product design and manufacturing. You will also manage the Program File in Product Data Management (PDM) and follow the Faurecia Excellence System (FES) and Program Management System (PMS) guidelines.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Minimum education level:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering required, Master's degree preferred

Professional Experience:

  • Experience in Design & Development within an industrial environment, ideally in the automotive industry
  • Knowledge and experience in Project Management process

Skills and competencies:
