Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Premium Voice Process located in Noida. The role involves handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service, managing customer relationships, and resolving issues efficiently. Responsibilities include analyzing customer needs, providing accurate information, and offering business process improvement suggestions. Additionally, team members are expected to undergo regular training to stay updated on processes and improve their skills.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Relationship Management skills
  • Analytical Skills and Business Process Improvement experience
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in Training and development
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida
  • Previous experience in a BPO or customer service environment is a plus
  • Minimum Qualification- Any Graduate

Salary
- Upto 30,000/- CTC
