Role Overview:

Neolytix is looking for motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team as Revenue Management Intern. This role offers a great opportunity to start a career in the U.S. Healthcare domain, working closely with experienced professionals to learn and contribute to revenue analysis, data management, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monitoring and tracking revenue collections and performance metrics.

  • Support in preparing and analyzing reports to identify trends, variances, and key insights.

  • Work with the operations team to understand the end-to-end RCM process.

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and help document workflows.

  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues impacting revenue and reporting.

  • Prepare basic dashboards and summaries for team and leadership review.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or any related field.

  • Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior internship or project exposure to healthcare, finance, or analytics will be an advantage.

  • Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

    • Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets (basic formulas, Pivot Tables preferred).

    • Attention to detail with a willingness to learn U.S. Healthcare RCM concepts.

    • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Familiarity with any RCM tools or EHR systems (e.g., Athena, eClinicalWorks, Kareo, AdvancedMD, etc.).

  • Exposure to MIS reporting or data analysis during academic projects or internships.

  • High sense of ownership, accuracy, and accountability.
