About the Role:

We are looking for energetic and ambitious fresh graduates to join our US Healthcare Operations team as Trainees in Medical Billing & Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). This is a great opportunity to build a strong foundation in the healthcare outsourcing domain through structured training and real-world exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in structured training programs on US healthcare systems, RCM processes, and medical billing.

  • Assist in claims processing, payment posting, denial management, and credentialing activities.

  • Support the operations team in achieving performance and quality benchmarks.

  • Maintain accuracy and compliance with US healthcare regulations and payer policies.

  • Demonstrate learning agility, teamwork, and adaptability to grow into specialized roles.

Who Can Apply:

  • Education: Recent graduates (Science or Commerce streams preferred)

    • Degrees: B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, BCA, or equivalent

  • Eligibility:

    • Minimum 70% aggregate in 12th Grade (CBSE/ICSE or equivalent)

    • Basic proficiency in MS Excel & Word

    • Excellent communication and analytical skills

    • Candidates from Delhi-NCR or Tier-1 cities preferred

Compensation:

Up to ₹3 LPA (based on training performance and assessment outcomes)
