Candidate Expectation & Responsibilities:
Candidate Must be CA / CMA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified with Post Qualification Experience of Minimum 6+years of experience.
SAP experience is must.
Must having Team management experience.
Month-end close and reporting experience (Legal Entity Controllers)
Preferred location: Mumbai or Pune
Industry- IT/ITES, Consulting, Financial Services, BPO etc. preferred.
Key Skills- Business Partnering, Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis, managing business P&L, revenue accounting, revenue recognition, IFRS, cash flow forecasting / reporting, profitability analysis, balance sheet reviews, pricing support, month end reporting etc
Primary Responsibilities:
Business Partnering with Sales and Operational leads in the Business. This will involve significant daily interaction with colleagues to provide accurate forecasting as well as understanding the key financial implications of the actions of the business.
Produce accurate forecasts of costs and benefits.
Revenue assurance and associated query resolution.
Leading the budgeting and forecasting exercise, periodic review ofperformance against targets and ensure that the key drivers of variances are explained.
Support the business with necessary management and financial information as part of their growth plans.
Detailed analysis of resource utilisation, FTE mix, rate card, overheads and other cost ledgers.
Produce accurate and timely monthly reporting, ensure accurate representation of the P&L, manage month end closure, reconciliations of Working capital (WIP, DI, Accruals and Prepayments), and maintain cash flow reconciliations.
Deliver monthly and ad-hoc reporting as per deadlines / requirements.
Provide pricing and business case support on need basis.
Assist finance team in streamlining existing processes and designing new reports and processes where necessary. Be proactive in providing feedback and ideas to develop and improve overall finance process.
Lead in calls with stakeholders, liaising with internal / external auditors during annual / half yearly closures.
Lead and train team members on various tasks and oversight of their responsibilities.
