**FPNA- FinancialAnalysis Team member**

**Education andEligibility Criteria: -**

Minimum 15 years ofregular education (10th + 12th + 3 years Graduation).

Not more than 2 yearsof gap in Graduation or Employment.

**Bachelors degree / or Post Graduate in Accounting orFinance preferred**

Will need to match US Hours - Night Shift.

**FPNA- FinancialAnalysis-**

2+years proven experience in finance, accounting or related field
Knowledge of fixed asset accounting, leases,capital requirements and budget/cost management
Ability to manage the financial impacts to cost,quality and schedule from initial project request through ready for use
Strong knowledge of Accounting principles

Should have strong experience in variance analysis - Actuals to Budget, Actuals to Forecast etc.
