Role & responsibilities

Mandatory 2 wheeler with decent mileage (Petrol allowance paid @5Rs per KM). Higher the mileage, more the savings they can make in monthly conveyance.

  • Well Groomed (Trimmed Hair/Beard, Formals on weekdays, Shirt tugged in, Polished shoes) along with gentle expressions & Positive body language.
  • Although one can rely on google maps, should know the main IT hub areas in blore (Ex-Whitefield/Marathahalli/Bellandur/Sarjapura/E-City etc).
  • Needs to be flexible to travel across the city as per schedules that would be assigned. Min 2-3 schedules in a day across the week (MON-FRI).
  • Needs to have good communication skills in English to confidently respond to one on one walkin queries from client employees.
  • Mandatorliy needs to know the local language (Kannada). If able to communicate also in Hindi/Tamil/Telugu would be great.
  • Basic Excel skills required, to update the details of documents collected & queries attended and the responses provided.
  • Basic emailing skills, to share the Helpdesk visit report with the concerned CRM teams handling respective account.
  • Needs to be customer service oriented with active listening and work with patience & empathy.
  • Should have the potential to tackle tough employees who needs instant resolution to queries.
  • Above all, need a condidate passionate about his job and work as a proud MAven.
