Job details :

  • Excellent communication skills with Fluency in English, Punjabi, Hindi

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Office Administration

  • Responsible for the daily book-keeping of both Employment Services

  • Daily attendance of the employees in the software

  • Daily scheduling of the employees to send to different clients

  • Talking to employees to get all their ID's like driving license, passport copy, health card etc.

  • Giving online training to the employees like GMP etc.

  • Tracking to the drivers through the GPS tracking

  • Candidate should be self-motivated, self-driven and independent to learn new things.

  • Responsible to track the utilities expenses which may require making the calls

Skill(s) required MS-PowerPoint, MS-word , MS-excel, English Proficiency (Spoken/written) , Google maps, Online meetings (skype/team viewer ) ,
