Job Description* Branch HR Position: Branch HR

*Location*: Mahakali- Andheri East

*Department*: Human Resources

Purpose of the Role: The Branch HR is responsible for implementing and managing HR functions at the branch level, ensuring smooth HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, and alignment with company policies and Recruitment. This role acts as a bridge between employees and management, fostering a positive workplace culture while supporting business is a individual contribution role.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment for branch-level positions.

Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and facilitate selection processes.

Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.

Employee Relations & Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain employee records and ensure timely documentation.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.

Conduct exit interviews and manage full & final settlements.

Performance Management & Training: Support the performance appraisal process at the branch level.

HR Policies & Implementation: Communicate and implement HR policies at the branch level.

Maintain HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Skills:

End to End recruitment

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to handle employee grievances and maintain confidentiality.

Proficiency in HRMS, Excel, and reporting tools.
