Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, based in Bengaluru with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to drive business growth. Daily tasks include networking, pitching products, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Market Research and Strategy Development skills
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in the assistive technology or healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
