Position Overview:
As a Front Office Associate, you will be the face of the resort — extending a warm, genuine welcome to every guest and ensuring an effortless check-in, check-out, and overall stay experience. You will embody the resort's philosophy of personalized wellness and gracious hospitality, creating memorable first and last impressions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness in line with the resort's service standards.
- Handle check-in/check-out processes efficiently using the property management system (PMS).
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized assistance to enhance their wellness journey.
- Manage guest reservations, room allocations, and special requests with accuracy and discretion.
- Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Spa, and F&B teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle billing, payments, and maintain accurate guest records.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Assist with resort activities, wellness program schedules, and local area information.
- Uphold a calm, polished demeanor under all circumstances — reflecting the resort's tranquil atmosphere.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in Front Office or Guest Relations, preferably in a luxury resort or boutique property.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in PMS software (Opera, IDS, etc.) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong sense of grooming, etiquette, and guest service excellence.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
