Overview..
To recruit, train, and develop agents/advisors in the agency channel and achieve sales targets through effective team management and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of insurance agents/advisors.
Train and motivate agents to achieve sales targets and maintain productivity.
Drive sales of insurance products through agency channel.
Maintain strong business relationships with agents and ensure retention.
Monitor agent performance and provide guidance to improve efficiency.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDA regulations.
Conduct regular meetings and reviews with the agency team.
Explore new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong sales and target-orientation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership and team management ability.
Ability to motivate and inspire agents.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of insurance/financial services will be an advantage.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream.
2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance/financial services.
Experience in handling agency channel will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
