We're now looking for a dynamic
Restaurant Manager
to help us scale this ecosystem — someone who can combine structure with creativity, precision with empathy, and growth with integrity.

Your Role:

You'll oversee and optimize operations across our
café, retail, and supply chain
verticals — ensuring every process reflects The Fresh Factory's promise of quality, consistency, and excellence.

This is a
strategic leadership role
that involves:

  • Leading day-to-day operations across multiple business units (Café, StockRoom Retail, Kitchen, Warehouse)
  • Designing systems and SOPs that support scalability and operational efficiency
  • Working closely with department heads — Finance, HR, Purchase, and Kitchen — to align goals and performance metrics
  • Managing budgets, cost efficiency, and vendor partnerships
  • Driving accountability, team culture, and continuous improvement
  • Supporting new store openings and operational readiness for The Fresh Factory Bangalore

You Are:

  • A
    seasoned operations leader
    with 7-12 years of experience (F&B / Retail / Hospitality preferred)
  • Obsessed with
    clean, structured systems
    and
    exceptional customer experience
  • A
    strategic thinker
    who can execute with precision
  • Experienced in multi-unit operations, vendor management, and team leadership
  • Comfortable working in a
    fast-paced, evolving brand
    that values creativity and excellence in equal measure
